Congratulations for Achieving CIC Designation
Kathy Wilson and Sherri Vest of ISU Insurance Services The May Agency have recently attained the designation of CIC, Certified Insurance Counselor. Both successfully completed five educational institutes sponsored by the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors. The institutes are a series of rigorous written examinations including all major fields of insurance, agency operations and insurance management.

Kathy has worked in the insurance industry for more than 34 years, and she has been with The May Agency in personal lines for more than five years. Sherri has over 10 years experience and has worked at The May Agency specializing in commercial lines for three years.

Congratulations to both Sherri and Kathy. Their achievement signifies a commitment to in-depth continuing education.

Regina Haverly Receives CIC Recognition
Regina Haverly, CIC, of ISU Insurance Services The May Agency, was recently recognized for professional leadership and advanced knowledge by the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors, a leading national insurance professional organization.

Regina was awarded a certificate marking more than 15 years of participation as a designated CIC, which requires annual completion of advanced education and training.

The Society of CIC is a not-for-profit organization of the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. Regina has over 32 years of experience in the field of insurance and she has worked for 17 years in commercial lines at ISU Insurance Services The May Agency. We congratulate Regina on reaching this outstanding level of commitment, achievement, and education.
